Privacy policy

The short version: we collect as little as we can. This website has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send through the contact form.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the website at logicalgamer.com. Our other services (TeamSpeak, Fluxer, Matrix, the AMP client panel, webmail and the Static bot) are separate and handle data on their own terms. Static has its own privacy policy.

The contact form

When you send a message, we receive:

  • your name, email address, the topic you picked and your message
  • your IP address

Your message is emailed to our own inbox, with your IP address included so we can deal with abuse. We use it only to reply to you and handle your request. We keep it in our inbox for as long as we need it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

To stop spam, the form limits how many messages can be sent from one IP address. Those counts are held in memory on our server for about an hour and are never written to disk.

Spam protection by Cloudflare

The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you're a person, not a bot. Turnstile runs in your browser and sends information about your browser and device to Cloudflare to make that check. Cloudflare describes what it collects in its Turnstile privacy addendum. Turnstile only loads on the contact page.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our servers keep standard access logs: your IP address, the page you requested, the time, and your browser's name and version. We use them only to keep the site secure and fix problems. They're kept for a short time and then deleted automatically.

YouTube

The home page shows thumbnails of our latest videos. Those images load from YouTube's servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when they appear. Videos open on YouTube itself, where Google's privacy policy applies. Nothing from YouTube is embedded or played on this site.

Everything else

  • This site doesn't set any cookies.
  • Fonts and images are served from our own server, not a third party.
  • Service status comes from our own monitoring. Your browser only talks to logicalgamer.com to get it.
  • We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Send a request through the contact form and pick "Something else".

Changes

If we change how the site handles your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
